I'm not fat (5'11", 185#) but I could be very easily. I have weighed the same for 25 years. Unfortunately, I get up at 4am, at the gym by 5am until 6:15am Monday thru Friday to stay that way. I take a week off from the gym every 8 weeks or so.

I hear you man, I have been out of practice at doing my road biking (winter doesn't help any) but i am working on getting a schedule figured out to ride, i have a trainer (make it stationary) for my bike so I can ride it inside. Good luck and I have to agree with others find something you like to do that gets you active. I know right now that my biking is going to suck really bad at first until i get a base built up again, but no pain no gain.

LOL.

I must say, myself, I am underweight.

I'm 5'9''-5'10'' and weigh 145lbs.

I have trouble keeping it on. I play sports all the time, but work out at the gym rarely. I'm a really picky eater, so maybe that's 1/2 my problem.

Anywho. Random fact, that muscle weighs more than fat.

Thanks for sharing.

Are you 13? I think I was 5'9" and 145 when I was 13.

Now I'm 6'2" and 190.

I am trying to develop a schedule and get it to work. Right now I am having to deal with an utterly messy apartment, the start of the semester, paperwork to get registered as an in-state student, and car trouble (electrical, perhaps alternator).

Stop gorging yourself on food? Display some self control in life?

Both will stop you from being fat unless you have some medical "disorder" which I'm convinced everyone in America obviously has. That's the real reason they're fat. It's not because they eat too much and exercise too little, no, not that.
