A380 Flies!

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/04...maiden_flight/

That website says 555 passengers, I've heard 800 somewhere else.

It's Airbus's latest plane. Just tested successfully today. It'll be the biggest passenger plane in production. It's 2 stories, has a jacuzzi and masseuse onboard.

Wow.

Yeah, planes we get now are most always crowded (no leg room) etc...

plus i wish they install some kind of poisonous gas to come from under the seat and kill off those fuckin' children...

you don't know how annoying kids can be until you've had to survive a 8 hour flight with one doing anything but being calm right behind you. i wanted to snap it's fuckin' neck... good thing: the kid kicked over all the floating vests to under my seat... in case we went down i would most likely survive while they all fuckin' die.

i hear that, and one thing they need to get rid of is reclineable seats, unless of course your in first class with the seats that have enough room to be beds, then its all good.

but in coach, the reclined position serves no purpose. I hate it when I am working on my laptop and some inconsiderate fuck puts his seat back into my face giving me even less breathing room. My dad was using his laptop on a plane one time and some guy reclined and smashed the screen between the back of the seat and the tray table, crushing a ton of pixels. They honestly don't make that much of a difference, and people need to learn to sit up straight anyway.

bwahahahaha, absolutely right. I had to fly with my nephew from New York to Puerto Rico. The first 15 minutes were hell. I whispered in his ear that if he didnt stop, I was gonna kill santa and he wouldnt get shit for chrismas. works like a charm.

I know, right? That really messes with your head when you think about a big metal brick weighing a crazy number of tons... gently taking off and gliding around the sky for a few hours. Shouldn't be possible.

IT doesnt matter, people dont care what kind of luxuries you get on a plane anymore, they just want to get where they are going and whichever way is fastest.

(If youve noticed For example: Air-tran, cheap fares, nice flight attendants...and thats about it)

Plus Aviation is going down the drain
