A note of CYA {cover your ass} call police and report it as hit & run and tell them you found the person who hit you. A hit & run will USUALLY wipe your deductable clean. Her insurance company becomes 100% at fault. Rain or no rain, that's bullshit. Make sure you have police report stating that she left the scene. Anyone that inconsiderate is a jerk who "thought" they got away with it and had NO plans of attempting to contact you. Regardless of what they tell you. If "ifs & buts" were candy & nuts, it'ld be fucking Christmas every day! |
