PA systems anyone?

Anyone know about these?
I want to get my best friend one for his police interceptor.
I know Cobra sells a CB radio that is pretty damn cheap and has a PA option which works really well.
Anyone?
I am going to Fry's I think, but am not sure what model I should buy.

i dont know much about them, but a good start might be on a large boat forum. i remember our boat ( 38ft chris craft, cabin cruiser) had a PA system on it. and a number of companys make marine radios and pa system "bundles" so they might make a more sutable application for a car

Shouldnt a police interceptor already have a PA system in it? Cobra radios are really good, havent heard much about the CB's but there not that expsnive so id look into that.

"B" - you should check out some of thr truckstops in your area. They are loaded with CBs & gear and usually have a resident guru on hand to answer all questions & fixes. :iwave

When they sell you the interceptor, they take out a lot of the good stuff....

the push bar was taken off, but he is getting one put on, the side light beams were left, but all the tactical electronic stuff was taken, even the PA = (

and... i live in south orange county.. pretty sure we dont have any truck stops here, haha

Are you wild? There ARE tons of truckstops out by you. Get out on some of the highways leading in or out out of town.
