Just Saw KING KONG 2005!!!!!

Has the best previews for 2006 blockbusters I ever seen!!!

Oh the movie was good too.
It was 3 hrs long, non-stop action...

Use the bathroom before
and call your mother to say you'll be home late.

Peter Jackson really draws this shit out....
The gorrilla vs the Dinosaurs fight scene was decent.
The effects were awesome too and they put so much
bugs, crawly things, giant worms, and dinosaurs
on the island it makes Jurassic park
look as dead and empty as grass island divider in a parking lot.

Jack Black is also funny....The chick is hot and Brody's acting is cool, so is the gorilla. Jackson did a good job on making the gorilla's love for the blond chick seem very real and passionate.

Not bad!
four stars!

It's about King Kong, they all follow the same story.

I saw it and really liked it, long time Peter Jackson fan, hence the old "Bad Taste" sig I used to have(One of his earliest films). Awesome cinematography and CGI.

I might check it out for the efx, but the storyline has to be pretty much the same as the 1st two.
They ought to make it with a different ending, {Kong climbs World Trade Centers - catches 2 airliners, empties passengers out and stomps the terrorists back to Allah}

THERE WERE ABOUT 15 SCENES WHERE YOU SEE:
Gorilla's confused, sad face
Girl's sad, & empathetic for monkey's face
Gorilla's face
Girl's face with teary eyes
Gorilla's face
Then: Roar or some shit interupts that sweet little moment...

those scenes kept making the movie shit to me, if they only had one of those at the end, it'd be a badass movie, but there's a better way to depect non-verbal emotion than repetitive, mushy portrait scenes...

I saw it last night, thought it was pretty good. Yes, it could have been a wee bit shorter, and they could have done without a couple of extra characters, but hey- it's Peter Jackson, so he gets away with it

Yeah..I agree with DudeSky...
I wanted Kong to be more badass and less weepy. And I wanted more scenes of the island action...those Dinosaur battle scenes were smart!

The could've deleted the first 30 minutes of the Depression Era New York bits and started from them getting on the boat. And shortened the last hour of the movie..when the come back to civilization by about 30 minutes.
