Im a skinny guy at 170 lbs. and 5' 10.5"

Bench - 225 lbs.
Incline - 210 lbs.
Squat - 335 lbs.
Clean - 235 lbs.
Snatch - 175 lbs. (worst lift by far)
Jerk - 205 lbs.

I have a protein shake in the morning and sometimes one after school. And try to eat healthy. But I was thinking of starting to take NO2, any comments or suggestions?

i think the best way to lose weight is high intensity interval training and a healthy diet. thats where you run intensly for 1 minute then walk or slow jog for 1 minute.

if you want to be strong dont cut back cals too much or run too much. both those kill strength. you want to eat lots of carbs a couple days before the meet to pack your muscles full of nutrients.

you could use a little eca (ephedrine+caffiene+aspirin) but its not very good for you.

i think its a waste of money. you will lose every thing as soon as you stop taking it. i would way rather use creatine. depending on when the meet is and if you are going to be tested get some dbol or some test suspension. that will boost your strenth pretty quickly. lol.

yeah i hope you haven't taken any protein shakes lately, i used to wrestle and 7 pounds won't be that hard to cut if you just limit your water supply a few days before your competition, and just eat healthy and follow your normal workout routine

Here's a weight related question for you guys "in the know"

How come you can give a girl a 2lb box of candy and it adds 10lbs to her ass?
