Some may hate me for this, but that's why I don't watch much NASCAR. All out, go left. All out, go left. All out, go left. I prefer F1, the GT Series, and WRC.
The original "muscle cars" were amazing because you got this huge chunk of iron to move fast. Nowadays it's hi-tech machinery moving quickly. I have a hemi roadrunner and it's a monster, but there's alot out there lb for lb that could smoke it. Re: racing I like all kinds, it's just a different perspective & talent for each style.

2 Rules in Nascar - #1) Go Fast #2) Turn Left at the wall

i know they can be uber fast... but we are going from the stock and twisties side of it. and i watched a show on the speed chanel, and they did a test, dodge charger VS. honda mini van. LOL. they heard a runor that the average mini van today could out run a charger in the twisties, the mini van won, and the mini van had 6-7(cant remember) hooters girls in it...(so they would weigh about the same) it was actualy pritty funny..

Well personally i woulndt wanna trust a mini van in the twisties. And muscle cars from ur dads era were built for one thing, straigh line speed. So nowadays pretty much none of those cars would stand a chance in the twisties. See ur dads used to straight line speed, our generation is used to speed through the corners, proper line, fast top end.
