my top picks:
Serenity - personal best
History Of Voilence - emotionally intense
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - wittiest
The Island - most entertaining
Broken Flowers - smart and funny
Wedding Crashers - funniest
worst movies:
Jarhead - waste of money...
Star Wars - commercial, formulaic, seen-before grabage
Red Eye - awful
Good...
-Transpporter 2
-Get Rich Or Die Tryin
-40 year old virgin
Yes, Komodo and I are serious.. believe it or not. How does it look stupid ? It's no CHARLIE AND THE CHOCALATE FACTORY but hey I can't judge that I only heard it was good by my 7 year old sister.
History of Violence was great, but for any Cronenberg fan it was a semi-let down.

I think 2005 was a pretty pathetic year for movies. Nothing really sticks out as a "best movie". Though I haven't seen Jarhead yet and that looks pretty good.
