Apple lost a patent to Microsoft on their iPod and MAY have to pay royalties to Microsoft for every iPod Sale!

This is crazy. The corporate fighting makes me tingle inside, haha.

if my mind math is right, Apple is bankrupt if they have to pay back royalties on EVERY ipod ever sold in addition to current sales, and rights to produce the technology.....
