I hate turkey. I'll eat it only if you're talking cold cuts. That's why I always bring lasagne. But if you must, here's some tips from Chef Dudesky: Don't wash it before cooking, it does nothing. The cooking is what kills the bacteria. Preheat the oven for at least 1hr before throwing the bird in. That makes the outside crispier and seals in the juices. Don't baste. You'll mess up the heat opening the door all the time. Don't stuff. It doesn't cook well & even, and that's where bacteria will thrive. Stuff afterwards. Cover with foil only at the last hour of cooking. Okay, that's not from me actually, but I saw it on the news last night. Figured someone may find it informative

oh and im not going shopping, shopping is gay, for girls, and why would someone wanna go shopping when there are 3 million people shopping int he stores, your gonna have to wait in lines, and your never gonna find what you want b/c they will all be gone.. oh and you have to wake up at 6:00 or whatever, not me anyway b/c im goin out of town
