The Itallian police have a bunch like that. They also have a couple of Lambos' and a small fleet of Ferraris. They have a deal with a handful of manufacturers that donate cars for something like two years in exchange for public relations & media exposure. The Brits have a program similar to it with BMW and others.
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

They are very careful in Germany. Signal, stay right unless passing etc. Also they don't "pull over" people to the side. They signal with the bar light, signal and pass, and lead the car being stopped to an off ramp totally off the highway. FYI
