Lando i love the sub-compact, and the Mossberg 500 is fucking sick. Hows the recoil on a Mossberg? And get us pics of the holster and shit when u get it

Personally im a fan of the H&k USP, nifty little thing, good gun. That or id want the Kimber 1911 SWAT edition with Surefire tactitcal light. Now thats a sweet gun, to big for CCW though.

I looked at the Kimber stuff, mostly just to drool, and I nearly bought a USP compact. I'm a "500 and under" kinda pistol guy...mainly due to the wife setting that limit.

The Mossberg recoil is mild enough, even with 00 gauge buck or slugs, to fire one handed with reasonable accuracy, but again, I'm a big dude.

I'll get a pic of the holster/gun combo in my hand for comparison's sake.

im currently looking for a cheap .308 bolt action, or a cheap used 12 gauge for home defense

first purchase on the LTC will be a full size 1911 .45
What is FID and Class A? Local provisions?

A 12gauge for home defense is optimal IMO as it won't penetrate and pass thorugh walls, but WILL damage an intruder badly.

1911s...mmmmm.

FID= fire arms identification . lets you buy rifles and shotguns at 18
Class A= In MA license to carry has 3 classes.
C= mace only
B= Sportsman, can buy a pistol, bring it to the range. but not carry
A= Concealed carry.

in ma the local police chief decides if they want to aprove you as a class A. and the chief tried to give my dad shit one time and i heard can be a jerk.
sorry i worded the other part wrong i guesse

i want eithe a cheap used 12gauge for home defense, or a .308 rifle for taget shooting. hows that?

That car is awesome!
My dad is into guns. He has gone to a couple local shooting events before. I personally have a 16 gauge, but I rarely shoot it

I have thought that a CCW would be cool, my roommate is probably going to end up with on shortly after hes 21. I decided I probably have no need for a weapon like that at this time, if I ever lived in a rough neighborhood I would consider having one for the reason Lando has his.

Never meant to imply that... - just saw your posts and made connection to a gun nutt.

Todays Deep Thoughts"

Can you say "Justifiable Homicide"? or "Just a bad case of 38 caliber lead poisoning"
