Blockbuster Online or Netflix

Me and my roommate are looking into getting one of the two, since we go through movies like crazy (and have a dvd burner ).

They're both priced the same (within $1 I think), so which one is better?

Any experiences or thoughts on this?

I have blockbuster online at home. My sister uses Netflix at college. We both agree Blockbuster online is more reliable and seems to send out your vids almost the instant they get yours back in. The only good thing about netflix is that you can share your upcoming movies list with other netflixers...which isnt really a big deal.

Hah my last roomate was a friggin netflix closet. He owns almost 980 DVDs of pure goodness.

I use NetFlix and have for 5 years now. I hate blockbuster basicly for the same reasons I hate Microsoft.

But it is really just personal.

I say the complete opposite, I've had both, and was more pleased with Netflix. I guess YMMV, and maybe it also depends on where your distribution center is located. Harry, do a trial offer on both, and see what works out better.

I tried blockbuster online, 2nd day shipping. Went back to Netflix with next day shipping. It really depends on your location. If I'm not mistake Netflix has more of a selection too. So far I have like 115 burned movies .
