I prefer people to be direct rather than sugarcoating everything... as long as they're still respectful and not agressive in tone (which you're not).

i have to admit that tone kicks in every once in a while, but usually only in the "I did 155mph in my 318i on the freeway during rush hour with my neice in the car, racing a honda, and ran from the cops" threads.

i feel the same way when someone calls the cop a dick for stoping and giving the person a speeding ticket, then coming on the boards and bitchin about it like were suppose to side with them
