I think it is fine to let it stay. It will keep people from post whoring in other threads with meaningless replies like, "nice car"..."looks good" ... " that sucks"... you get the point so many people always reply with dumb little sayings just to get post points (i am guilty of this too  )But if we let this stay, we definitely need to change the name. and I don't really think it should be so planned out. This site is so young. When El Presidente made the "it's raining" thread over on WERKZZZ, he never intended it to be whoring thread (correct me if I am wrong). So I think we should just let the site go on and eventually I am sure something will come our way that fits us just fine. If we actively try to create a post whoring thread it just won't feel right. my 2 cents

well, yes the name should be changed, my bad. i agree. But it's just another thread for random comments to be put together, which may lessen hijacking of other threads? but change the name. do it

No other forum except werkz has a thread like that, including some very successful ones... and it is true, this is too similar to werkz. If you want it's raining, go to werkz. if you want a nice, fun, helpful, and generally pleasant community stay at United. We are our own entity and do not need to copy anyone else.who knows, maybe one day we'll have our own thread that other forums claim "belongs" to us. Until then, let's continue being seperate forums.
