Got my wisdom teeth pulled
Got up this morning on my day off of school and thought I'd have some fun, so I got my wisdom teeth pulled. jk, I had an appointment.
anyway, At first it was wild cause I was still drugged, and I never even remember falling asleep for the operation. Anyway, once the drugs wore off, and my mouth was full of gaus, it was not all that fun. So I am pretty much down and out for the weekend and maybe even monday, depending on how swelling and pain is.
Got oxycodon for the pain, but neither that or vicadin makes me loopy, it just takes the pain away.

Yea i remember having mine out, i dont remember going to the recovery room after the surgury. Vicadin didn't make me loopy either which was too bad, i guess i should have had a stronger dosage.
I had mine out over Thanksgiving last year; it sucked. Vicodin does not work, lol, but it's fun right when you come out of the anesthetic. I had so much gauze in my mouth and I didn't even realize it. I was trying to talk to people and they were like, "Honey, we can't understand you." Hope you don't swell up too much!
Ya i had all four out at once, crazy shit! Didn't remember passing out either but woke up when someone was still doing something in my mouth. The drugs were great i could barely walk after the operation. Don't know what pain killers i had but don't mix them with alcohol i almost went crazy. Drove my gf home at night the same morning i had the operation and we got in a fight and i punched the steering wheel 4 times ricer of course yrs ago not the bimm though.
i had mine pulled in july. they just took the teeth out at the doctors office with local freezing. from everybody i have talked to it seems as though it is a lot worse when they put you to sleep for the operation.
Here's my perscription: Instaed of sitting around eating "mush" with a mouth full of gaus, find a good sporting event football, hockey, racing etc.. & DRINK heavily. It makes Oxycoton, Vicadyn & Hydrocodone work better. (I'm sure "Dr Hoppy" will agree"

All you guys got it easy. I had all four taken out in the dentist's office awake. He gave me novacain(sp?) but I felt all the pressure. The nurses were holding me down while he has putting all his weight in my mouth.

thats how mine were done. i did not think it was that bad. i would way rather go through the short term pain of having the teeth removed than the continuous pain of bothersome wisdom teeth.
great...definately not looking forward to that. over christmas break i'm getting my braces taken off, my wisdom teeth taken out, and my jaw broken and moved forward...painful stuff!

What sucks is that I didnt need to remove my wisdom teeth. My brother needed his removed and the dentist told my dad that I should do it just in case. The guy didnt care if it was needed or not, he just wanted the money.
