Moving

FUCK MOVING!

75 trips or so up and down a third floor walk-up. Appliances, couches, plasma screen (even 70lbs of TV feels like a ton after numerous prior trips), and BOXES EVERYWHERE! ARRRRGGHHHH!

At least I'm in my house now and have a total of three stairs to navigate...

...and a shit-ton of boxes yet to unpack.

The plus side to all of this is I am now a homeowner and won't have to move till I'm damn good and ready.

Congrats

Being a homeowner is the best thing. Such a wonderful investment and it is a place you can really call your own.

LOL. I was posting from work.

New fridge is in with 40 or so beers ready to rock, only about 5 boxes left to unpack, and a new Sony 12" sub in the living room to make the HD setup a little cooler. With the vaulted ceilings, my old Aiwa 60watt sub sounded lice mice farts when it "hit".

"Before" pics. Lots less open space now. Fridge, gas heater are long gone.

Seems small from the outside shot. But other than that nice plas. U need tons of BMW posters for your bedroom.

It is small. Just over 100sq ft. It is, however, a perfect starter home and quite affordable to be so near to the RDU area.

Negative on the posters, the wife prefers "art".

I'm assuming you mean 1,000 sq. ft. haha

My dorm room is about 200 sq. feet.

^^ yeah, i'm pretty sure he meant 1,000 sq ft. Great home for the two of your (I am assuming it is just the two of you). You definately need some decorations of some sort to liven the place up.

You goign to do any mods to the house? I recommend you turbocharge your heating system to produce much afster rollign air,a nd then add in a wastegate just in case pressure gets too high!
