Under 110, Harry.
I did mean over 1000sq feet...typo.
We have stuff ready to go up on the walls, but as I no longer have a landlord to fix my mistakes, I am taking my time to get everything lined up as I want BEFORE putting holes in my drywall.

nothing wrong with smaller houses. we used to have a 3700sq ft house and we put it up for sale and it sold instantly so we're living in an 1100sq ft rental until we can move. it's nice, perfect size.
congrats lando, great investment. I was thinking about buying a piece of property instead of my bmw (cheap central WA lake-front property, the prices are growing like mad though), but I figured I needed a car and I still have many years ahead of me for investments.

Gracias to you both.
I'm actually selling the Rover already to free up more cash every month as I want to do various $$$ adding "mods" like new bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, a fence, etc. I love my "toy" cars, but at this point, building my net worth takes precedence over fun.

Popular style in the 80s. You should have seen the wallpaper that was in before the drywall/hardwood went in. Traces remain in my kitchen cabinets. :ugh:

Awesome move Lando!!!
I guess we all head to that phase from modding our cars to modding our homes.
I say "tinting the windows, new pipes, and new paint, plus chrome triming on the door handles and paint matching that foundation"
