I missed out on a '91 325 from my GF's dad's dealership. He's worked for Ford for 35 years, and told her they had one. By the time I found out about it, and made my way over there, it had already been sold. I was pretty bummed about that.
Dude that blows about the 325. My buddy had a 98 cavi that he wrecked. I personally think they suck, but to each his own. I hope u keeps searching for a BMW

Or maybe before you get the tec3r you should do some engine work. Just a thought.

Hey b_w. have you dyno'd your car yet? Looks like youd get some decent number to compete with e36 M3's.

Right now I have three things on my mind

-Either H&R Sport springs, Eibach Pro-kit, or Tein s-tech springs. (or maybe PSS9 coilovers if I can get a good deal from this one guy, but unlikely)
-Turbo Timer
-Blow-Off Valve
-Dyno
-Software Re-tuning and refining

i had made an appointment to get it done last friday, but the shop had to cancel because they were behind that day. now i probably wont get it done until next spring because of school. i am hoping it will be around 215whp when i do. i can get 94 octane gas so that should help a bit.

Komodo bitches about how he can't get an M3 because of insurance and then goes and does shit to his car to make it perform better that would more than offset the cost of higher insurance......

if i had gotten an m3 insurance would have been several thousand more per year than on my 328 with full coverage.

yeah you are right. but bmw's are much more expensive in canada, at least in alberta. i paid $22,000 for my car 1.5 years ago. it was expensive enough that it would have been dumb not to get full coverage. now that i am 21 the rates are down a little but it is still retarded expensive.
