What bike to look at?

All right, i have access to a big bike, but i want an around towner, between 250cc and 600cc. I know Honda and Yamaha have little cruiser styles, but any other brands out there? I'm not really picky, just something between those sizes. You ever try to maneuver a Vulcan 800 around in a parking lot?

Ideas, Please.

Dave

What do you mean by cruiser styles? A Honda-harley? Go for the Ducati M600.

what the hell, the Buell(made by harly davidson) is an AIR cooled crotch rocket.. !?L!?L!?>K!JN it makes me furious, harley has this tradition where none of their bikes are water cooled except ONE, the V-ROD, so some of the bigger bikes, u cant stay idleing at a traffic light for too long

While I appreciate the variety, i am simply looking for a SMALL bike. The Buell is too much for the simple uses i would put it through. And i'm only planning on spending about 5k, if the bank will let me, that is.

The small Duc (620 monster) is all right, but it is still a little large for my purposes.
