yea im watching it, bc my grandparents and one uncle live in southern virginia on the coast and are in a flood plain. if this storm rides the coast they could be in for a lot of trouble... also it could then come up and hit the whole east coast and NJ has seen enough rain for now (12+ inches in some areas, the average for the month is only slightly above 13)

I just heard that 3 category 5 hurricanes in a single season is very uncommon. Floods, tsunamis, hurricanes, melted ice caps, terrorists . . . the world is coming to an end

These huricanes must have figured out which hole to stick it in this year as there are more and more of them and they must have also figured out genetics or something to make theirselves even stronger.

if you are talking about why they keep hitting the same place it's because hurricanes follow the same type of flow like this for a while. The gulf will probably see a large majority of the hurricanes for the next couple years.
That is until the polar ice caps melt enough and release enough fresh water to disrupt the oceanic currents.

Yea i'm aware of the Cycles that happen with huricanes but I am just astounded by how many storms there have been. I saw last night that we got into the Greek Letters with tropical Storm Alpha.
