Need Help! Shady dealership!

I'll try to make this as quick as possible. Basically, my wife went to Mazda and bought a brand new Mazda 3 fully loaded. For some reason, she never looked at the sticker price when she bought it. They ended up charging nearly 1700 more then the sticker price ON THE WINDOW. So she's a complete moron for not looking at this, but they saw a young stupid woman and took advantage of it. Then they also made the contract for 8.9% over 7 years! All of which she swears, and has a piece of paper which shows the rate was supposed to be 5.99% over 6 years. So reguardless, she signed the contract without putting any thought into it because it was late, everyone stayed late and she was excited. Now while she's a complete jackass for doing this, the dealership imo is responsible as well for completely fucking her over like this. Now in the state of WA, there is no cooling off period as is true with all states. So I tried to take it back and reason with these fuckers oh which ended with me nearly killing the general manager and the cops being killed to escort me out.

Now Mazda would not give me or her the name of the bank of which the loan is through. Imo this is total bs. We have a good idea of who it is through and we're going to call tomorrow at 5am PST (it's a NYC bank) and try to reason with the bank about the situation and basically have them deny the loan if possible. We have not driven the car but off the lot to my parent's house, no more then 30 miles since she got it.

Basically, Nikki (my wife) is so upset over what happened that she does not want the car period and we desperatly need to get rid of this POS. What are my option's if the bank does not deny the loan? I've considered going to a contract lawyer but I'm not sure if this would accomplish anything. We're not too worried about our credit for the next few years, so if a REPO in option? What happens if it is repoed? Any help in this matter is 100% appreciated.

I've already filed a formal complaint with Mazda USA and called the BBB. I might want to mention too, the reason why I was escorted out by the police was because I refused to leave when he wouldn't give me the name of the bank the loan was going through. So when I refused to leave, the GM grabbed my shirt and I ended up laying him on his ass. So I might need legal rep. too here too.

Woah is all I have to say. I find this story interesting, and extremely horrible for your part. that sucks man. i dont think i really have any information that would be useful to you. I think that more letters + contact with mazda will resolve the issue. but mostly for my post, i think its awesome you laid the GM on his ass...mazda 3's are sick btw..

p.s.
good luck

Mazda 3s are very nice looking cars, but imo not worth how nearly worth half as much as what they sell for. Yeah when he grabbed my shirt, I grabbed his hand and twisted it around and nearly broke his wrist and put him on the ground screaming like a bitch infront of the customers.. it was great.

first of all, how much was the car?

ok, sometimes dealerships have the thing where you can return the car within 3 days if you dont like it, i dont know if this is the case

you can sell the car

you can do a bank repo, but try not to do this

Well it's established the dealer will not take it back. If we sell, we'll lose probably 5gs or more because it's a fucking POS Mazda.

I just need to know what happens during a repo.

Yes on laying out the GM, they think they have the power but fuck him! Also bc you did not purchase the car they can't legally tell you. If the payment is coming out of your wife's or yours together make a stop payment and then contact a lawyer. They live for that shit, I think thats your only option though, they fucked over your wife and you! Man I would've smoked that GM out large!! This pisses me off just writing in response to your situation...Good luck man!

Nick, she's an idiot. Nuff said. She said she was going to look. 3 hours later there is a new POS sitting in my drive way.

That's bullshit. We bought back one of our customers e60 530i because it was malfunctioninng so much. One of the 1st 5ers to be produced. He exchanged it for an e60 545i. BMW was understandable and reasoned with him. I'm rather shocked that Mazda didn't do the same.

Dude, I can understand why you'd be uberly pissed. You should fight this with a lawyer.

What charges are going to be pressed from having you escorted by the cops?
