I think my Tippmann a-5 could handle this, but public destruction won't help. It might make me feel better, but I don't like fucking up cars period
well take it from me ive had a fair bit of experience fucking up cars. But wed shoot the dealership itself, unless u wanna shoot the cars. And one of these days im going paintballing with u
and sorry to say this and interfere, but please make sure she doesnt do it again!
She's learned her lesson I think. She was upset for 2 days. She felt like she was stolen from and taken advantage of and in tears for quite a while on this matter.
I think the dealership needs to think of it's reputation. Get it in the news -- call the local help me out reporter from TV news. Results overnight. Yes

heh, i hate dealers, they are worthless scum
When my parents bought their first x5, they didnt sign any papers, then brought it back the next morning saying they didnt want that one (it was from Kansas and they didnt tell my parents)... so they said they want to look at another... the MANAGER and the sales people were starting to give my parents shit, saying non appropriate things, then my parents said fuck this, we are going to another bmw dealer

Dudesky's right, on the Repo situation. I'm actually going through all that right now. It doesn't matter if it's a voluntary repo, or an involuntary one, the end result will be the same. Take the contract price (a little over 22k), minus what they'll get for it from auction (say...10k, if you're lucky), and you'll still have to pay on the remaining 12k. I have to pay over $9k for a truck I had over 3 years ago. Not making payments on that truck was the stupidest thing I've ever done. Talk to a lawyer, and he/she will advise you on whether you have a case, or not. My soon-to-be father in law has been a Ford dealer for about 35 years. I'll talk to him tonight, and find out what he says too.
