Yet another new job

:woot :redspotda :spin :rock

I GOT A NEW JOB!

The day I went to pick up my Sirius gear from Tweeter, they had a job fair... so I filled an application, and they interview me.

Today I get a call:

"Hey Rooz, this is Gordon down from Universal Tweeter, and wanted to let you know your background checked just fine and you got the job"

:rock It's just awesome bcs I have been wanting to quit my old job but would have hated to be jobless...

Now I get a better job, better pay, better hours, MAD DISCOUNT on car audio :D... and the best part... I get to play with some of the latest gadgets around :thanks

I start the 24th (2 weeks from now), I'll give my current boss a 2 weeks notice and then :wave

PS: Can't wait to see his face because only 2 days ago he told me "Rooz, honestly not that many people want to hire a young guy that works part time" :lmao

Nice! :thumbup Where did you work before?

Rooz 10-10-2005 06:14 PM

Clark Tire & Auto, main reason why I wanted to quit was because I was hired as a Manager trainee yet the manager never wanted to traine me so I was stuck doing general service work...

sweet deal man. I think I may start going around to some of the car places around here and seeing if they need any help.

you and shahab have really made me jealous lately. and since I don't have a job, it would be nice to get some cash flowing agian.

yeah man the pharmacy I worked at since the summer is getting so boring now, plus teh pay is crap.... I want to get a job at a car place, like what shahab does, or working at an audio place, but I only know how to wire up a headunit, and subwoofers, etc. Nothing fancy, like specs and what everything means so I guess not.
