Creatine?
so who uses it/ has used it etc? i do, reason why i bring this up is cause i just had to go buy some and wanted to make a post since work is kicking my ass today!
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
Havent used it.. kinda want to.. all the health problems (kidneys) that people rant about are all induced by being dehydrated in the 1st place.. its completely harmless as long as you keep yourself 120% hydrated.

Our bodies naturally make the compound, which is used to supply energy to our muscles. It is produced in the liver, pancreas, and kidneys, and is transported to the body's muscles through the bloodstream. Once it reaches the muscles, it is converted into phosphocreatine (creatine phosphate). This high-powered metabolite is used to regenerate the muscles' ultimate energy source, ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Unlike steroids or drugs, creatine is 100% natural and occurs naturally in many foods; therefore, it can never be banned from any sports or international competitions (unless they banned eating meat). I used to use it in high school, but have since stopped. I just don't work out as much as I did back then.
I used it when I used to lift years ago. Works well if you know how to cycle on and off of it, does wonders for getting you past the tough workouts. At least for me it did. But everyone's opinion on it varies, and it affects them in different ways, some not at all. You really have to try it yourself to see what kind of results you'll get.
it adds water mass to your muscles... its for skinny kids that are ashamed of themselves
hahaha its like rice for the body
it can be used to help you alot though, after a good workout it helps to build the muscle up faster and reduces needed rest time.. thats what ive heard anyway.

if you keep your self 120% hydrated... good luck w/ taht since most people dont even drink the right ammount of water in the 1st place. i just jack up the protein.... i would never do creatine...just my opinion i guess
i dont know how much h2o you have to take in to be sufficiently (and then some) hydrated, but i drink 2 glasses in the morning, then 2 after school, then more periodically through the night.. my piss is very rarely not clear, and no i dont have kidnet problems :P
When your on it you should probably triple your h2o intake imo.. have a glass every 2 hours or so..

on the water subjest, you shoudl drink AT LEAST 3 liters a day, that's 3 regular size nalgene bottles. But many people will argue what is enough and what's too much.
As far as creatine goes, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I have been working out for years. I used creatine for a few months, studied it, used it properly, and it gave me good results. But what people don't realize is that yes, it is a natural substance, BUT it is in concentrated form, and not everyone's body will accept that much creatine. For example, mine didnt. At one point, I started getting migraines when my heart rate would go up, and then regularly throughout the day. I also got high blood pressure, and I was only 16 or 17, talk about dangerous.
It is a relatively new product to the body building world, which is why there are not a ton of studies on it yet. But I know that for me, I would never take it again.
The right thing to do in my opinion, is to eat correctly, and take protein shakes, with amino acids. Protein is the number one thing that will help bulk you up, and its sooo safe. Amino acids like Glutamine help in protein synthesis so you can use all that added protein. You also need to eat, and eat all the time. Eating at least 5 meals a day is crucial to having a good diet. Chicken, fish, lean beef, egg whites, etc. Trim it down a little on the bread, etc.
If you eat correctly you can gain pure muscle in no time.
provided you work out correctly. Most people will just go to the gym and throw 200lbs. on the bench, do it once, and call it good. If you want to be toned, athletic, and strong, you not only need to lift hard, but you need to be flexible and do various calistetics. Like different forms of push ups, one legged squats, etc. I dare each and every one of you to take a week and do only body weight work outs for a while, and you will get your asses kicked.
i think I've said enough, lol. If anyone is still reading.

^^Adjust your dosage accordingly. In many cases creatine supplements have been proven to increase bloodflow to the brain. You need to drink plenty of water regardless of whether you are taking supplements or not while building.
Many new protein shakes contain creatine supplements anyway...
