how much will these shirts shrink? will they really shrink one whole size?

if it's 100% cotton it will shrink about 5-7%, not a whole size. if it helps you any, most t-shirts are 100% cotton, so get what you usually get. if it ends up the perfect size before being washed, just avoid the dryer.

Update, I just talked to the tshirt company locally, and it'll be about $12 a shirt, but the problem is there's a minimum order of 30 (same type).

So we can either come together and choose one shirt that everyone likes, or we can pay a little more per shirt.

German speed demon, does your place allow orders of less than 30?
