Okay, you guys might have noticed the 4-5 people banned last week have served their 7 day ban and are back, however very highly watched and if anyone acts up at all, any mod has the power to perma-ban them.

Now, I've gotten some of these responses from people:

Now, I've decided I'd leave donald's fate up to the community. I'll leave this poll up for a few days, and at the end, what you guys vote stands. :) Should we unban donald and add him to the same boat of last-chance people with the others banned, who are coming back trying to reestablish a good name for themselves, or should the ban remain?

It should also be noted that this poll is completely anonymous, and if you don't wanna comment on it, you can vote without posting.

honestly... i think all of them should stay banned. sorry, but after reading what they are saying about ub on werkz, BEHIND OUR BACK. they all should stay banned.

By sheer coverage, I feel safe having him come back. Only an idiot would blow it after all this :deal

After thinking it over, I think he deserves a 2nd chance. We've all done and said stupid stuff while caught up in the moment. Forgive and move on, but never forget. Grow and learn from your mistakes.

IMO I believe in second chances, to a degree. What Donald did was bad, and could be forgiven, but even after thinking on his actions he still went to werkz and had his fun there. I believe he should be allowed back. But if he does come back, I would recommend that he is parolled, and not be allowed access to the forum. Because we are a technical help site, not a lougne, he should support that if he wants back. After a while, give full access.

donald did nothing different than the others but he reacted in a way he obviously regrets to the banning by requesting a perma-ban. I say let him back on. As for posting on werkz.. cmon he had like 10 posts and said nothing bad about UB.
