"new" guy here
well, i dont know how many of the original members are left, i would assume none, but i am number 20 to have joined united bimmer in the very beginning. i was banned years ago for reasons unknown(saying so will probably get me banned again, but oh well). anyway, any of the people from the beginning should recognize my username. i plan to be a very big part of united bimmer once again, so to anyone that reads this, hello, and im back! btw, couldnt seem to find the "new members" forum section, so i figured this would be a good a place as any. mods move it if you feel it unfit for this section.

haha. glad someone remembers me. and i dont have a bmw yet. i did own a porsche shortly after i got banned tho. ended up selling it for my current vehicle. an 81 chevy short bed with a 406 strocker, edlebrock airgap intake, luinati cam 480 @ 292 duration. dynoed at 578HP. and thats behind factory 350 heads. once i get a set of dart 230cc heads, and my efi on it, hoping to be pushing well over 600. but this place is kinda dead isnt it? seems to have went to sh*t after komodo sold out...
Ya I remember you. Why a Porsche? I'd take that Chevy you described over a Porsche easily. Chevy really built those old ones well. Those engines are great.
The forum is slow in traffic at the moment but were hoping to improve it. Seems to be picking up a little.

I remember you- Are you the one who own a big farm? Death2000, Still have your 328? I still have it. Still going strong. Where's Komodo now? I know he sells this forum but at least he can chime in sometimes. The other forum where most of us frequent also not active...hmm...
Hey Zeaq! Long time no see. I do still have it. Its undergoing some work as i type, and the front end needs to be repainted. The rock chips and Canadian winters werent very friendly to it. I have Komodo on FB. Not sure what hes up to now, but he has pictures of a 645i Vert on his FB.
