if I'm hunched over in my computer chair or driving too long I sometimes cock my head sideways or twist around to alleviate some tension and stiffness in my spine. it's normal and healthy imo, as long as you don't do it too frequently. just when you need to relieve some pressure.
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
This is what I have been told by many doctors... as long as you don't crack your joints too frequently, it will not cause damage. As long as you are not straining yourself to get a certain joint to crack then all is good. However, if you are grabbing onto an object and forcing your torso to rotate in order to crack your back, then you could be doing harm to yourself.
So IMO, crack at your own risk
