My cat brick went a couple of months ago so I had the cat replaced!!! For me to buy a BMW catalyst from a wholesaler was £660 + VAT at 17.5% plus fitting - I found a guy who built me a new stainless steel high flow cat, centerbox and backbox, fited including VAT for £600.
