Got pulled over today for NOTHING - United Bimmer Community

I was driving on my way to work this morning, minding my own business, not speeding or driving recklessly. Get to a light, take a left turn, and I spot a cop on the right side... (somehow I had a feeling F---ING great). Still driving normally, now I was in the left lane, the cop turns from where he was into my lane. Well I got a turn coming up so I change lanes, and the damn cop does too, I take my turn and the A hole follows me, and next thing you know he flashes his damn blue lights and I hear the famous "bewp bewp", turn into this parking lot, and wait. Turn car off, lights off and at this point am already starting to get pissed because I knew that he didn't have ANY reasons to pull me over.

"Sir can I please see your license" (Yes he only asked for license NOT registration NOR prove of insurance)

"sure just a minute, there you go"

"is this your vehicle?"

"Yes, WHY am I being pulled over"

"I'll need you to step out of your vehicle sir"

"Ok, but WHY AM I BEING PULLED OVER FOR"

"what's your last name"

"My last name is ... but would you please tell me the reason as to why you pulled me over???'

At this point we are behind my car and his, he looks at my car and says, Well, you have blue lights!

Oh, really? well, here, just wait right there... I go put the warning light on, my bulbs of course all light up orange...

Well, what about that bulb right there? Oh you mean the Reverse light, ok just hold on a second then. I put the car in reverse, the bulbs lights bright white...

Oh ok... Well your tag cover is illegal.

And at that point I was so freaking mad! I highly doubt that my tag cover is illegal, if you don't believe me let's go to Advance Auto parts and ask them!

Well, hold on sir, I have to call this in.....

The SOB calls his superior officer, I am pretty sure the Superior officer told him "just let him go"

The guy comes back and he's like sir I'll have to ask you to remove that tag cover. At this point I was about to beat the shit out of him I was so mad.

OK, the give me a screwdriver. I remove the cover and he gives me my license back and I drive off.

The DAMN officer follows me half the freaking way to work then does a U-turn and leaves me the F--- alone.

Now I am pretty darn sure the ONLY reason why that MOFO pulled me over was this:

"oh, look at that, it's a young guy driving a nice BMW, he must be a drug dealer..."

people on this forum should really install cameras ... one on the passenger side showing the drier and the moron ass outside the car asking questions. one on the rear of the car and one on the side.....

just as long as the cop doesn see it. they will usually get really pissed off if they think ur taping em. In one vid posted on this forum some guy was pulled over cause his car matched the description of some guy (him) who was doing stupid shit, and he had his camera and the cop got really anal at him when he saw it

dude, that is so f-ed up that a cop would just hassle you like that for no reason at all. I have been pulled over numerous times, but at least everytime the cop had a justiyable (SP?) reason.

btw, your rims are damn fucking sexy

That sucks man. You should have gotten his badge number and filed a complaint.
