don't mess with this cop car....
this is about the only thing that could ever make me want to be a cop! other than an M5 cop car of course!

so either thats a bug deflector in the wrong place up so high on the hood or its a body deflector for high speed chases

It raises the aerodynamic boundary layer to minimize turbulence from the lights on top.
