i christen them with oil from the BMW. i was cleaning up soem rust on the triumph, and they definatly saved my hand from atleast one cut

i have approximatly 500 latex gloves. and some natural rubber, some plastics. gloves for all occasions. latex gloves dont protect your hand from sparks, flying metal, busted knuckles and minor burns. changing oil. latex. most other things mechanix. hell i even have a full nomex fire suit gloves and all

gloves period restrict what we can do i tried using them and i seem like i can do less with them on

the bad things about latex gloves are that they get your hands all hot and wet over time, you can still get cut up, they seem to always tear when i use them

the good is that they are skin tight, thus they dont get in the way a whole lot

i buy a new set of those with every major project on my car..they dont last...they are weak and crappy so buy like a box of them on ebay like i did for $100 and its 15 pairs of those exact gloves lol thats $6.67 a pair approximately good deal in my eyes

I have a pair of them and I find myself never even wearing them. I don't really mind getting my hands dirty and greasy when I am working on a car. It's kind of just comes along with the territory

naw i wear them for protection while sanding, grinding, and prying. i dont care about getting greassy, but getting stuck by a rusty part, or catching a chunk of flying debris sucks,

I wear black ones bcs they are easier to wash, I wear them for pretection purposes obviously since we work on a crap load of tires and cars on a regular daily basis, and when people change there tires too late getting cut by steal showing from tires isn't fun
