Delmarco at Work! (Post Pictures Of Yourself At Work!)
Okay My girl snapped this first picture of me last monday on my way to work at the Law Firm where I do extremely boring Legal stuff for the Litigation dept. During, the year I also TA at my University...
This is what I'll be doing the rest of the summer...working for the Adventure Outdoor Education firm that I used to manage...and doing Adverture racing guide work on my own as a consultant in the Hudson valley the rest of the summer...
by the way on our first adventure run one of our clients (a 20 yr old russian kid got MIA for about 6hrs until he turned up 7 miles off the hiking course in a summer camp called "Lake Surprise"...funny long story....
Del, you don't look too happy that she took your pic
Anyway, some stuff about me . . I'm an exhibit production specialist, entails mainly woodworking & electro-mechanical fabrication, among other crap they make me do. Currently with Liberty Science Center in NJ, but I've done other stuff for trade shows and showrooms . . RCN, Apple Computer, etc. Some photos of me at work, taken last year:

It would be a cool gig, if it weren't for the assholes I gotta work with. As they say, I hate the job, but I love the work.

I work in a grey cubicle with light grey trim, with my tan IBM computer and black IBM monitor. I also have a tan IBM keyboard, that is really loud when I type, and a white Microsoft mouse with scroll wheel and a black mouse pad. I have a Victor calculator that is white with blue buttons. An ugly yellow radio clock on which I listen to howard stern in the mornings. a small white fan and a black in/out box. There are some papers tacked up to my cubical walls and a few random cd's hanging from some thumb tacks. There are two grey overhead cabinets with a light mounted underneath them to illuminate half the desk.
i figured a detailed description is better than a boring old picture... (my camera on my phone is busted... getting a new phone next week if all goes well...)

I can't take a camera in to work...
but anyway, it's 4 huge, heavy tables with rollers and spaces between each other, that are seated next to long and wide belt that brings packages in. Then we just drag them across the tables and into package cars. Nothing exciting.
I dont have a pic yet. But i work for the Calgary Exhibiton and Satmpede. I work for the Parking/Securtiy deparntent. Which basicly means i get to park cars for a living (AND i getta help tow people once in a while). other than the occasional person trying to run me over its actualey pretty fun. Durning show move-ins we control trucks and shit and tell em were to go. I got to do the Sport Compact Nights move in on the 10th and 11th. I gotta tell u that was amazing, when u have 20-30 tuner cars roll up to you in a line at once its pretty kool.

Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
