I saw earlier this year some guy was "selling" a picture of an Xbox with 4 games. The winning bid was like 190 bucks. The guy who sold it, put a sizeable disclaimer at the bottom, not like the phone one.... still sucks. If you dont read you can get caught.

I dont agree with tricking people like that, there are some uneducated people out there who think ebay is the best place to get stuff cheap and dont read carefully and bid.
