LARGO, Florida (AP) -- An autopsy on Terri Schiavo backed her husband's contention that she was in a persistent vegetative state, finding that she had massive and irreversible brain damage and was blind, the medical examiner's office said Wednesday. It also found no evidence that she was strangled or otherwise abused.
So basically she was never gonna get out of the vegetable state.

If any of you find out that I have become a vegtable, pull the plug on me. I think its a terrible way to die... starvation.... I'm religious, but personally I wouldnt want to live as a vegtable

My goal is to race in the Gumball 3000 by the age of 28.
Here (in the Netherlands) they let people die who are in vegetative state for only a few years. If the doctors say that they nothing can do anymore, and the family is agree with that, the patient will die shortly after the decision.

IMO there is really no point to keep someone who is in a vegetative state alive for such a long period of time. They are not going to be aware of anything that is going on, and others will just have to care for him/her and be hurt by what is going on. Best option is to pull the plug and move on with life.

The only true lesson learned from this story is you NEED to make a WILL with all of your wishes in different situations. The husband was clearly into this for money. He wanted her dead for the money.

Your Ride: Whatever I can get my hands on
that is how things are here if you declare it in your will. Speaking of, i went and wrote my will teh other day because the family lawyer said that i had to have one before i turn 18 in order to be elligible for my grandparents inheritence. Scary shit sitting down in an office and telling a lawyer what you want to do if this ir this happens to you. Makes you think real hard. I declared that if i become incapacitaed in any way in which my chances of a full recovery is highly improbable, i am to be taken off life support. it's a hard choice when you have to make it for yourself because you sit there thinking...i don't want to live the rst of my life as a veggie if that happens, but what if they pull the plug right before you get better? or what if the doctor is a moron and says you're in a worse condition than you really are. scary shit. You have three choices, stand behind our troops, grab a gun and toe the line with our troops, or stand in front of them, they can use the extra armor.
