No driving for me this summer - United Bimmer Community

I was out on Friday night at my good friends fraternity saying my goodbyes to him and all my friends, and one of his brothers was extrememly tanked. Somehow he ended up wrestling around with a few poeople that were also very drunk. Well he came up to me and started to mess around, and since I used to wrestle in high school I wasn't about to take shit. So he came at me and I went to throw him. Well, I underestimated how much a drunk person is straight dead weight and he pretty much collapsed on me. I did manage to get enough of the throw completed to have him slam his head on the ground, but when I went to get up I had a severe pain in my right ankle.

I found someone sober to take me to the hospital and they took some ex-rays. Turns out I broke one of the bones (the smaller one). I was sitting there until 4am

. I asked one of the male nurses if he would wheel me to the bathroom so I could take a piss and he was like, why don't I just hook up the bottle and you can piss in here. I was like HELL NOOO!!!! Im not that gimp.

So I am sitting here right now, with a splint on my right leg waiting to get an MRI tomorrow to determine if any ligaments were torn or if it is just a fracture. I hope it is just a fracture and will heal quickly.

I had plans of working all summer long and driving everyday, but now it looks like all I will be doing is sitting at home playing GT4 and having my gf come pleasure me

, eh i mean talk....

So ya, no driving for me this summer. Since it was my right leg, I can't even drive auto-tragic around. I will have to get my friends to shofer me around everywhere.

Well, off to play more GT4 since that is all I can do at the moment.

Wow that sucks hard core! I hope it's better way sooner than that. Drinking too much outside the home always seems to cause more trouble than it's worth... I guess. Get better soon!

well, I just saw the doc yesterday morning and after he casted it they took more x-rays and determined that it was not dislocated, just fractured. So I have to be in a cast for one month and then I get put into a "walking" cast for a second month. So after the first month I can walk around without crutches. But I still don't think I will be able to drive.

Unfortunately, the accident took place up north where I attend college, so I will not be able to see the guy until next year. I am not too mad at him since it was kinda both our faults. AND becuase I slammed his head into the ground at the same time and gave him a major gash

But i think I would rather have a nasty lasseration on my head than a broken ankle.

O well, so it goes
