Finally I won my case against the woman who hit my car! I got my Check today to fix and repaint my car.

Anyway I'm getting the sideskirts matched this time 'round!
Taking my car in monday morning to the BMW Dealership's collision center. I should get my car back like friday or something!

I'm so looking forward to my new paint job.....
Also it's also been a year since I bought my BMW!!!!!!!

If my paint looked that good, I'd never even think about a paint job... but then again, that's just me.

It's not my choice, but when the dealership replaces panels the have a policy of painting the adjacent panels so that the paint blends...

In my case my left fender gets replaced and my drivers door panel has be be un-dented/repaired so my hood gets painted (again), new fender painted, drivers door get painted, rear driver's side door gets painted and driver's side sideskirt get painted, also I told them the match the passenger sideskirt and detail the rear bumper.

Last January, after the bus hit my passenger side...my entire passenger side was repainted bumper to bumper, and the hood was repainted then.

Glad to hear del. It really has been some time since you got in that accident. At least you get matched side skirts out of it. And on the bright side all your car has paint less than one year old

bad news though...the dealership says they are now gonna charge me to $400 to replace my dented hood...they say the can't hammer out and repaint it...they can only replace the hood and paint the new hood to match.

Of course the hood was not reported being damaged in the accident so my insurance told me in these exact words "fine have them replace and repaint the hood...but your ass is paying for it not us"

and the dealership is not gonna paint that section...but the assholes are going to paint around the dent.....
