Customer Relationship Management

Hey, does anyone here use a CRM solution in their workplace? I'm in the process of creating a CRM/SFA solution like salesforce.com or Siebel CRM OnDemand, but more focused toward small businesses. What kind of deployments do you guy use? Any feedback on the likes/dislikes of it? Anything it doesn't have that pisses you off, or anything it does that you are thankful for everyday? haha, I'd appreciate hearing some of your thoughts on it.

Thanks.

To start, all I can think of now is that The Customer is always right but I'm sure that's covered already
