let the stipping begin!
well, im still waiting for the trans mount to get here, so, i decided to do a little work while i wait. the bug has the interior compleatly stipped, door panals are off, and the door windows are out. im going to clean up the floor pans and paint them with anti-rust paint so they will last longer, going to re-do my weather stripping, and add some chrome pieces. should be fun. heres some pics, i also have pics of some of my new parts like the door handles, coil overs, and weather stripping(which is already unpacked and spead all over the place. lol)

LOTS of dirt. |
Sounds cool but i'm upset there aren't any strippers.

Sounds like fun. I wonder how old that dirt is. Maybe you want to leave it to keep the history in the car. Just imagine all that could've happened in that car and you'd be throwing it away... On second thought get rid of it. You might catch some weird disease.

LOL. thats exactly why i wanted to clean everything out. who knows what animals have been in it if it was sitting for a while. i found a rats nest in the heater O_O luckily no rats tho. thats basicly the reason for the whole tear down. haha. dont want to get any diseases... |
It's cool to see the car is in such good shape :shades

i love how there are absolutely no wires to deal with, good luck finding a car like that today!
