bugs are alot of fun to work on. i pretty much learned all my mechanical skills from my first bug, still learning with the one i have now. they handle pretty good too, even with stock suspention. lol.


the only thing i DONT like about the bugs is, every time i go get gas in it, theres always some old lady that says "is that yours? how cute."

I love the guy screaming OOOHHHHHHH BBOOOOYYYYYY.
I highly doubt that that is the noise the csl makes from the factory, find me good documented official proof and I will believe it.

no, the CSL deffinatly has a different exhaust on it. i was just saying that they are fast straight from the factory because, well, THEY ARE!

i agree. the new ones arnt very good at all. the ONLY new style beetle i would is the turbo diesel bug, but i still wouldnt drive the turbo diesel one if it was stock.

a friend of mine from school drove his mom's turbo beetle to school one day. we had to go to the sprint store for some research and we took that.

even tho its a turbo, it still feels gay, especially when two dudes get out of it

Bugs are girl cars. My gf drives an 2001 Silver Bug. I sometimes have to play "driver" and drive her all over the place...and I feel awkward. Not for me.
