thanks delmarco.. I would love to actually make a difference knowing that its not only suggestions, but ACTUAL changes.. I only wonder where I'll be in 5 years.. (Hopefully in the drivers seat of the new M5 ) Thats another reason why I want to study my ass off and go as far as I can..

yeah thats what i hear.. Unfortunately my girl(friend)'s dad is a 'suburbia' contractor in Miami.. I still have yet to meet him and have a talk with him! lol

Sure. It seems to be all about high-rise anywhere you can cram them in! There are simply too many out on the beach just begging for the next super hurricane! And road planning is just piss poor They even forgot to put bus lanes so the right lane on most main roads are useless when there is a bus on the road. Help is needed here, and soon!
