alot depends on what college u attend, i know at my school (keene state) an RA cant open boxes, fridges or drawers durring inspections so doube check on your specific schools rules and regulations before you invest money on locks and such. Also check rules on furniture and such, some schools dont allow furnature. and as far as TV and fridges and such go confer with your roommate so u dont have to drop a ton of money on stuff I.E. have him get the TV and u get the fridge. other then that u seem to have a pretty good idea of what u want and what u need.
