i have been working out for about 4 years now.
i bulked up to 225 over the winter and have been trying to cut down for summer at about 190ish now (not working as well as planned ) - concentrating on school this term really got me off the program and it has been really tough to get going again.
best lifts are deadlifts: 365x6
squats: 315x4
bench: 250
incline: 225
shoulder press: 85 db's

right now for supplements the only thing i am taking is protein shakes right after i work out (isopro ultra low carb). i used to use a lot of eca(ephedrine + caffiene + aspirin) when cutting down in years passed - it works really well - but the potential health problems are not worth it. the only supplements i think that are really worth it is creatine, glutamine and a good multi vitamin. everything else that you need you should be able to get by eating good foods. most protein bars = junk (candy bars with some shitty protein in it )

Weight- 140ish
Bench-160
Squat- Never Maxed but did 300 on a machine, not bar
Incline- 145

I had advanced pe this semester so i went to the weight room 2 times a week and got some time in there. I also would go afterschool. Just joined the millenium gym in my area that just opened. So hopefully my bench will go up.

bench is over rated. incline is more important in my opinion.

idk thats the first question your asked though right? "whats your bench?" ive havnt really heard "whats your incline max" unless your about to do incline reps with someone you havent met. i do agree however that bench is over rated.

i would rather do push up all day long... my new routine ive been trying to do is when i am playing mvp baseball between each inning do 30 situps and 20 pushups... by the end of one gmae you got a pretty good work out... i like pushups just cause your whole arm gets pretty strong (but not one of those dumb ass all i do is curl balls) plus you can lose bitch tits haha

Well here in Miami, there are pools Everywhere! Working out = swimming. That means I cannot post a weight count chart!

wow some of these numbers seem really high. but awesome, didn't know there was this kind of interest here. A friend of mine and I are gonna go everyday this summer and work a lot with body weight workouts, if you spend a good two hours doing one-legged body squats, etc. and eat right you can get pumped.

flat bench is very over rated. it is a "macho" exercise. incline is a much more functional exercise that will provide better chest developemnt.

doing pushups will not do a whole lot for you in the long run. especailly if your body weight is not going up a lot. doing 30 reps or pushups is not going to do much for strenght or muscle development. if you play baseball shouldnt you have a training program?
