my day today
 

well as most of you know i work at chicago title as a typist and a customer service rep. When i am doing customer service there is always a dude above me (jason drives an e46 m3) that takes the calls returns calls and i usually put together listing packages pull deed/metros etc and fax email em out. Anyways my company is puttingon a huge golf match tourny today (Which i dont get to play in cause i have to fill in for jason) So pretty much all last night ihave been sitting in my room saying "this is David, how may i help you" THen "okay" "how would you like me to get this to you" "Im sorry but i am filling in for jason, can i take your information and have a title officer get back to you at another time?" its going to be great fun... it sucks because a lot of the title officers are playing in the tourny... so we will see how this goes! Im not worried about people calling in asking for listing packages metros deeds or say the date the property was transfered to the last owner (which is like 95% of the job) im worried about the other 5% when someone asks me some stupid ass question that i or probably jason have no idea what the answer is!

anyways im just going on and on! WIsh me luck

Actaully the majority of my calls went like this yesterday..

Me- "This is David how may i help you?"

Them- "Hey im (insert name) from (insert company) and i need a property profile on a peice of property"

Me- "Sounds good i will just need a property address tax parcel # owners name etc"

Them- "Yeah well i dont know the property address tax parcel # of owerns name... i do know its on (insert street name) and is two stories tall

Me- (in my head, "your fucking kidding me")

Me-Well sir/maam with that little of info it can be pretty hard to put together a profile

Them-"Okay..... WELLLLLLLLLLLL Heres my fax number/email/address if you could get that over to me as soon as possible thatd be greaaaaaaat"

Me-' Have a good day" **SLAMS DOWN PHONE** haha
