Best cheap drinks?
 

Hey all, I am having a little "gathering" this weekend among friends. There are going to be only around 10 people or so, but we only have 100 dollars for food and drinks. We are doing the dominoes 555 deal for food, so we'll have around $85 for drinks. Here is my question: I want to know what the best mixed drinks are for the cheapest price. I just want to get everyone smashed. The girls "need" smirnoff, and we are going to want beer too. So what do you think I should get for the real alcohol? I want something that tastes good when mixed, no one wants to do shots.

Ok, so that's a big NO for the everclear... Don't want any internal bleeding this weekend. I have had bad experiences with tequila, but I won't go into that. Anyway, I was thinking like some cheap vodka. Anyone know of some good mix drinks to make with vodka? I know I could make some white russians, but I want to keep it simple (cheap).

Budget vodka and orange juice, Milwaukee's Best is an amazingly well flavored budget beer. In fact, I one had Corona. Only had Miwaukee's left and prepared myself for a huge flavor let down. It didn't happen! I was so happy! :) :redspotda

vodka and red bull, or any other kind of energy drink. or if you want to get raspberry vodka, now that is good stuff but i don't know how expensive it is.

by the way for 10 people the 5-5-5 deal will NOT be enough. that's enough food for my brother and i. the pizzas are REALLY small.

jungle juice!
1 part vodka, 1 part rum, 1/2 part gin. 2 parts fruit punches, thow in lemonade and coolaide powder for good messure. ( all mixed in a big bowl) this is a very scaled down and simplified jungle juice

yukka:
-a fifth of vodka
-half a dozen lemmons
-half a dozen limes
-2 quart pitcher
-ice

put it all together and shake the pitcher for 20 min. (at least) non-stop, tastes great and is cheap.

Aight I think it's gonna be Vodka tonic or vodka and sprite. We need money for more food apparently, so some vodka and sodas will be cheap enough.

man you guys must not be in college. We are the champs at getting slammed for cheap.

First of I need to comment on Whitesharks comment that Milwake's best tastes good....WTF!!!! milwake's best tastes like piss. When you start acquiring a taste for beer you will see the diff. I would drink keystone or natty of Milwake's any day of the week.

Next, MrKbik....you need to go to the store and get yourself two handles of either popov or bartones vodka. they come in plastic bottles (high class :p). They are under 10 bucks each. Next get a large amount of orange juice and cranberry or grape juice. This will cover your hard alcohol mixing needs. Now understand that they won't be the greatest drinks ever, but they will be dirt cheap.

Now for beer...I suggest (for cheapness) that you buy either natty or keystone. A dirty-30 (thirty pack) is only 11.99 when on sale. I assume since there will be 10 people about six will be dudes. therefore, one thirty pack would be 5 each which is plenty for newb drinkers.

The gils will want smirnoff of course, so you can't go cheaply there.


This should be plenty of booze to get people drunk. If you think you guys want to get really tanked and you think you can handle a good amount either grab one more handle or another 30 pack (or 18 pack)

Make sure you get a pack of red plastic cups so you don't f-ck up your parents dishes. Get some snack food (like chips or what not) cause you always get drunk munchies.

P.S. Since it is your house, the rule is you must end up with a girl in your bed at the end of the night. It's a rule!!!
