Denver salted the roads for a long time. On the 6 you need to do a serious rust inspection in the area of the differential and rear suspension mounts.
BTW it probably won't survive offroading.

I'd take the bimmer and then put the euro-bumpers on it
Until today, I don't know why the american ones were so ugly...
I know, the safety regulations the gov released to keep the imports out, but who designed them to be so ugly?
EDIT: Oh, BTW, rip those seat covers off!!!

i dont know about the E24. it is a kick ass car and i really want to say get it, but it might cost a lot to keep it on the road.

^What Cels said, very cool cars but still potential to cost a lot to fix. The pictures look good. Again I say find an e30.

easier said than done, trust me.
oh ya, and the 6er is a great car, especially when you get some euro bumpers on there. If it's gonna be your DD tho it might get a bit expensive.

how good is the 2002tii?
B/c if there's a bad body work and/or parts missing, good luck finding those.
Else: Go for the Bimmers!
That Trans Am is UGLY!
