I understood the pay part. What I meant was, on some ethical level, I don't think people should have to pay to view the progress of an international "shrine" of sorts like WTC, but I'm sure others will disagree. But this is way off topic anyhow.

I agree 100% but the country has this "need for greed" mentality and as evident almost daily - the almighty buck is the driving force - not morals, not good intentions, etc... just look at our bi-partisan gov't. If they ran this forum they'd charge for every suggested repair.
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
