ah, well theres the problem!
 

yeah... so you guys remember me saying my brakes wernt working very well? well... they stopped working compleatly and i checked into it. turns out there was a hole in my brake line, and when i hit the brakes it just shot out into the road. i first noticed this when i looked in my rear veiw and noticed that i was leaving a trail when i hit the brakes. just put a patch job on it for now, will get it replaced monday or somehwere around there.
