I would go with the paint, exhaust, and new top. I would hold off of the body kit for now. I don't think e30's need body kits. My buddy got one on his e30 and i thought it looked worse

i say new top exhaust and paint.. just get an ebay intake take the tube get a k&n filter and your set.. once you get it painted all you have to do is get a new top and brakes if you really need them. i also dont agree with the fact that you esnt to put a kit on the car it just isnt right

well i voted for top kit and paint but didnt mean that one... haha i would say top exhuast and paint if that is the compromise but breaks would be a good thing to get too!

yah go for the top, intake, paint, etc. the reiger gts kit looks like ass IMHO, go for the Late model or euro bumper swap instead, its cheaper and looks better. At least thats what I am doing to my cab -- latemodel front and euro rear.
if you do end up getting breaks (which would be a good idea if yours are worn out) I suggest that you go elsewhere than the dealer. You can easily get a great pair of aftermarket performance brakes for the same price that you can get OEM brakes from the $tealership.

brakes, intake, top.
body kit isnt needed... exhaust... why? stock sounds good enough and it wont give you gains buying an aftermarket(nothing you will notice) your white looks nice, unless if the paint is really bad, i wouldnt worry.
how bad is your top?
